This section contains information you need to register your kindergartener at AB Combs. Please read the Kindergarten Registration Guidelines to learn about the types of documentation you will need and the forms to fill out and turn in. The deadline is the first day of school .

The following key describes the documents that must be downloaded, read, and/or filled out and returned. Please take the time to do this before the first day of school. Your cooperation will make the entire process easier and more efficient for everyone.

Photographic/Videotaping Permission Form	We often have TV news or newspapers come here to do stories and they like to use pictures of kids. If you would allow them to use a photograph with your child in it, please fill in the circle that gives Wake County this permission.	Total_Permission.pdf
Parental Request to Deny Access to the Internet and Email Form	Only sign this form if you do NOT want your child to have access to the internet or e-mail. Keep in mind that access is always supervised and the Wake County system prevents access to many inappropriate sites. Available in English and Spanish. Kindergarten Parent Observation Form	Please provide information that will help the teachers get to know your child. You can include such things as whether your child makes friends easily, separates from you easily, etc.	Kindergaten_Parent_Observation_Form.pdf

Medication Procedures	If your child needs to take medicine at school, please read the Medication Procedures then have your Health Care Provider complete Form 1702. Available in English and Spanish.
